2. What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email, company, project location and project details when you request a quote or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice is stored only in your own browser.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and manage any resulting contract. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we never sell it.
4. Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to run this website and our communications (for example website hosting, our form delivery service FormSubmit, email and WhatsApp), or authorities where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept as long as required by Saudi law.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing almarsus.const@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
